Premium Line Polycarbonate Enclosures

Our premium polycarbonate enclosure is available in 16 standard configurations to meet each customer’s individual needs. Configurations include hinged or non-hinged lids, which come in 2-screw, 4-screw or stainless steel metal varieties.

This particular enclosure features Integra’s unique and patented “T-Rail”. The “T-Rail” is a back panel mounting system that provides users with adjustable depth for their enclosure (the back panel itself and adjustable brackets are sold separately).
The standard color for this enclosure is light gray. The body of the enclosure is coated in a gloss finish to ensure maximum protection.

We use only the best materials when building our NEMA enclosures; the bases and covers (clear or opaque) are all made of UV resistant, high-impact polycarbonate. The covers of each of our products are slightly domed to prevent warping. Having a flat cover is very important and is an area that many of our competitors cannot guarantee.

All Integra enclosures are NEMA 4X certified, which means they can be used indoor or out in the elements. No solids or liquids will be able to penetrate our products. You also will not have to worry about corrosion or ice damage when using an Integra enclosure.

At Integra, our customers are our first priority. Our unique ordering process makes it easy to order an Integra enclosure: a single part number includes the base, lid, mounting feet/flanges and all lid fastening hardware (mounting panels are sold separately). We are also open to working with clients to make any necessary modifications, such as different colors or panels.

Our products are shipped as in one-unit per box packages and installation is stress-free. Our devices and DIN rails are easy to assemble thanks to the multiple bosses that are included with each enclosure.s.
