Premium Line Polycarbonate Enclosure

Our Premium line polycarbonate enclosures are available in 16 versatile varieties. Customers can choose from a hinged lid or a non-hinged lid. Other options include 2-screw, 4-screw or stainless latched lids.

These gloss-finished enclosures are available in Integra’s visually appealing light gray color.

The materials used to make our Premium enclosures are of the highest quality. Covers of both types are clear and opaque. The bases are made of the strongest, most durable polycarbonate.

The Premium line of NEMA enclosures features our adjustable depth “T-Rail” back panel mounting system. This system was patented by Integra and is unavailable anywhere else. It allows for flexible interior mounting for your enclosure.
 
Each enclosure features a warp-resistant cover. These covers are molded with a slight doming to ensure that the cover remains flat at the sealing surface, eliminating a chronic problem found in other non-metallic enclosures.
 
All of our enclosures are classified as NEMA 4X, which means that they may be used both inside and outside and are resistant to the intrusion of solid foreign objects, water, corrosion and the formation of ice on the outside of the product. The enclosures can also be used to protect personnel against access to hazardous parts.

All Integra devices and DIN rails are easy to install thanks to the multiple bosses that come with the Premium line of enclosures.
 
Integra offers full modification services, including machining, custom panels and custom colors. These modifications can be made via telephone.

We make ordering our products easy. With one part number, your order will consist of a base, a lid, mounting flanges or feet and all lid fastening hardware.

Our standard packaging method is one unit per carton, packed to ensure safe delivery to your location.
